Bring one of the most dramatic prophetic passages in Isaiah into your home, study, church, or collection with this handcrafted replica of Chester Beatty Biblical Papyrus VII, also catalogued as Rahlfs 965.
This replica reproduces folios 20 and 93 of the ancient Greek manuscript, preserving portions of Isaiah 13 in the LXX (Septuagint). The passage speaks of the shaking of the heavens and the earth under the judgment of the LORD of hosts, making this an especially powerful display piece for those interested in biblical prophecy, ancient Scripture, textual history, and the transmission of the Old Testament.

Each Sacred Text Replica begins with careful research and close study of the surviving ancient manuscript. The manuscript image is reproduced on premium Egyptian papyrus, reflecting the material of the original.
The papyrus fibers are carefully cut and worked to recreate the irregular edges, lacunae, holes, and other signs of deterioration visible in the surviving manuscript. Because this finishing is performed individually rather than by automated cutting, subtle variations occur naturally, making each completed replica unique.
