Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Sacred Text Replicas. If you would like to return an eligible product, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your product must:

Be in the same condition in which you received it;
Show no signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery;
Be returned with its original packaging; and
Include your receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.

Sacred Text Replicas reserves the right to decline a return if the product does not meet these requirements.

Custom and Personalized Products

Products that have been customized or personalized specifically for a customer are not eligible for return.

This includes products created or modified according to customer-requested specifications, personalization, inscriptions, designs, dimensions, or other custom features.

However, if a custom or personalized product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the specifications agreed upon for your order, please contact us so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Starting a Return

To request a return, contact us at info@sacredtextreplicas.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order information and the reason for your return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions explaining where and how to send your product.

Please do not send a product back before contacting us and receiving return authorization. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns that are not the result of damage, a defect, or an error by Sacred Text Replicas, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, or if Sacred Text Replicas sent you an incorrect product, we will cover the appropriate return shipping costs after reviewing and approving your claim.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at info@sacredtextreplicas.com.

Please provide:

Your order number;
A description of the issue; and
Clear photographs of the product, packaging, damage, or defect when applicable.

We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair, refund, or another reasonable solution.

Refunds

Once we receive an approved return, we will inspect the product to confirm that it meets our return requirements.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please remember that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are not refundable, except when the return results from a damaged, defective, or incorrect product for which Sacred Text Replicas is responsible.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, please contact us at info@sacredtextreplicas.com.

Depending on the circumstances and product availability, we may assist with an exchange or ask you to return the eligible product and place a new order.

Custom and personalized products are not eligible for ordinary exchanges.
