Thank you for choosing Sacred Text Replicas. Every replica we create is individually handcrafted with great care and attention to historical accuracy. Because of the unique nature of our products, please review the information below regarding production, shipping, and delivery.

Order Processing

Most orders are handcrafted and prepared for shipment within 4-5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Larger orders, limited editions, or custom projects may require additional production time. If your order will experience a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.

Any applicable taxes or duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Once your order has been completed and shipped, typical delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (when available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to customers around the world.

International delivery times vary by destination, shipping method, and customs processing. Most international orders arrive within 1–4 weeks after shipment, depending on the shipping option selected.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees required by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Packaging

Every Sacred Text Replicas order is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.

Our goal is for your replica to arrive in presentation-worthy condition, suitable for personal study, display, or gifting.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship every order promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volume

  • Handmade production schedules

  • Severe weather

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs inspections for international shipments

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

Sacred Text Replicas is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your address if your order has not yet shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package has been lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

When reporting damaged shipments, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Photographs of the damaged item

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through a replacement or other appropriate solution.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. If you believe your package was stolen or delivered incorrectly, we encourage you to contact the carrier first. We will gladly assist you in providing any shipment information needed for a carrier investigation.
